I’m noticing an alarming trend. Many employees simply don’t give a damn! In this day and age it’s hard to believe that businesses are allowing careless, immature employees to interact with their precious customers. I wonder why so many companies are hiring employees that don’t care? Is this a reflection of our society and this current generation?
